Reviews and Ratings
The hotel location is convenient for freeway access and close to the office, but room issues affected our stay negatively. The service was exceptional and very helpful. The dining options were satisfactory for the price. A good choice for those valuing location and service.
The hotel room I stayed in faced the freeway, making it too noisy at night. Additionally, being positioned over the Dance Club, which was extremely loud, made it impossible to sleep until 1:30 am. The location was poor, noisy, with a damaged ceiling in the shower, poor water pressure, and a shower head so low that taking a shower was nearly impossible. The door of the shower was stuck, the toilet seat was uncomfortably close to the water, and we weren't offered a room change. The food was overpriced, especially at the Japanese restaurant where the quality was poor, and there were no hand-cleaning options after eating seafood. The room itself was hot and musty, as if it had been closed for an extended period.
Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. However, there are some issues with the dining options and noise levels in certain rooms.
